Privacy
You are going to send us your degree, your transcript and your passport. This explains where each of those ends up, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we ask you for
At the start, the minimum needed to reply to you: your name, your email, your WhatsApp, the country and city where you live, and details of your education — university, year of graduation, length of the degree. None of that requires creating an account.
If you open a case, what the process requires is added: your degree and transcript, your ID or passport, your licenses at home, your exam results and the record of your payments. We never ask you for a piece of information that is not going into some form in the process.
What we use them for
To review your case, to file your paperwork, to write to you and to charge what was agreed. We do not use them for advertising, we do not build profiles out of them and we do not send them to anyone who is not part of your own process.
Who else sees them
The bodies involved in the process, and only what each one asks for: the agency that evaluates your credentials, the state board of nursing and the company that runs the exam. Also your university, when a document has to be issued or sent by them.
Also the providers that keep this running: whoever hosts the application and the database, whoever stores the files, whoever handles sign-in and whoever processes payments. They work on our instructions, only to provide us that service, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.
We do not sell your data. We do not trade it. We do not give it to an employer without asking you first.
Almost all of the conversation happens over WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta. What you write there travels through their servers under that platform’s rules, like any other message you send. If you would rather we spoke only by email, say so and that is how it will be.
Where they live and for how long
Your files are stored encrypted and in a private space: the links that open them expire within minutes and are useless if someone copies them. The servers are in the United States, which is where the process takes place.
We keep them while your case is open and afterwards, because a board can ask years later for the backing of something that was filed, and without that file there is no way to answer. If you want them deleted sooner, that can be done: ask, and we will tell you what has to be kept by law and what gets erased.
What you can ask us for
To see everything we hold about you, correct what is wrong, take a copy with you and ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop writing to you. We answer in writing and we do not charge for any of that.
A good part of it does not need to be asked for: from your account you can see your documents, your payments and every step of your case, without having to ask anyone.
Cookies
This public site uses no advertising or analytics cookies: there is nothing measuring where you go. Inside your account there is a session cookie, which is what saves you from identifying yourself again on every screen.
