You will have things to do, we won't pretend otherwise. There are two: send us your documents, and study for the exam. We coordinate the rest, and you can watch it move without asking.

   Diagnosis
   We check your degree and clinical hours against what the boards we work with require, and that is where your state comes from. We tell you what is missing before you spend a cent on paperwork.

   Documents
   We gather and translate what your board requires, and ask your university for your sealed transcripts. We work from copies — your originals never leave your hands.

3. BRD
   Board application
   We open your board account and file your application with its fee. Proof that you are licensed at home goes straight from your country’s health authority to the board — it never passes through your hands. Depending on the state, fingerprints are filed here too: it is the only part of the whole process you have to do in person.

   Education review
   Someone reviews your curriculum course by course: depending on the state, the board does it in house or a credential evaluator does. It is the longest step, and it is where a deficiency shows up, if there is one.

5. ATT
   Authorization to Test
   The board issues your ATT and you are registered with Pearson VUE under its jurisdiction. From that day a window starts running, and that is the clock that matters.

   NCLEX-RN
   You sit the exam. In 48 hours you know if you passed; the performance report arrives weeks later, in your name. If your state requires mandatory courses — child abuse identification and infection control — you take them alongside: online, one afternoon, and without them no license is issued.

7. LIC
   License issued
   The board issues your license. It is single-state: practising elsewhere is done by endorsement, and we tell you that on day one.
